Natalie DeLeon
As the Executive Director, Natalie DeLeon, comes with a wealth of experience in social services. She’s been a Support Coordinator since 2014 and has been actively involved in supporting individuals in need, drawing on her extensive knowledge of Medicaid, SNAP, and cash assistance programs. Prior to her current role, Natalie spent five years working for the county as a Human Services Specialist, where she processed various social service applications and gained valuable insights into eligibility criteria.
During her academic journey at Montclair State University, Natalie pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Family & Child Studies with a concentration in Family Services and a minor in Sociology. This academic background has equipped her with a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding family dynamics and social structures, enabling her to approach her work with a well-rounded perspective.
Natalie’s commitment to serving others is evident in her professional experiences and educational pursuits. Her internship with Adult Protective Services further honed her skills in advocating for vulnerable populations. Natalie’s passion lies in providing essential services that empower individuals to enhance their quality of life. With a compassionate heart and a drive to make a positive impact, Natalie continues to strive towards creating meaningful change in the lives of those she serves.
