Natalie DeLeon has been my family’s support coordinator since DDD began assigning support coordinators.

I can’t say enough about Natalie, she’s kind, empathetic and truly passionate about what she does. I’ve had multiple “red tape” issues with my son’s benefits and Natalie was always there with a sympathetic ear and several suggestions to help rectify the situation. My son also had issues with social media bullies and upon discussing the situation with Natalie she was both sympathetic and ready to help in any way she could.

Each time Natalie switched agencies, I switched right along with her because I can’t fathom not having her in my son’s corner.

She is a true professional and an amazing human being.
